on the development process, we should make an master product that is from wax. there is two type of making master. the first is making from Rapid Prototype Machine and the second is by CNC machine.
on the world wide has many machine as well. the one that i have trial is Rolland Engraving machine for jewelry like JWX-10, MDX-40. those machine can doing the flip process also rotary for machining the ring wax.
when trial process, i make 0.5 mm of flat model like medal and i surprice that it does'nt break. and save cutting time better than RP machine.
the software i use to running Rolland machine is Artcam jewelsmith from delcam.
Now Rolland launch new JWX-30 for completely the previous machine.
